Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing VividLLM and using our AI infrastructure, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Usage & Token Pools
- Subscription: Access is provided based on your chosen tier.
- Token Weighting: Tokens are consumed based on the model used. Higher-tier models (e.g., Claude Sonnet 4.5) consume tokens at a higher rate than base models.
- Token Pool: Tokens are separated into Casual and Pro pools. Usage of Pro models or Web Search will exclusively draw from your Pro balance.
- Token Transfer: Users may convert tokens between Input and Output within the same pool at the dynamic rates specified in the user dashboard.
- Fair Use: We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that engage in automated scraping or "stress-testing" our infrastructure beyond normal human usage.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You agree NOT to use our service to:
- Generate illegal, harmful, or "jailbroken" content that violates model provider policies (OpenAI, Google, etc.).
- Attempt to reverse-engineer our routing infrastructure.
- Share your account with multiple users to bypass token limits.
4. Payments and Refunds
- Payments: All users receive 15,000 free tokens upon signup to test the service. Consequently, all Pro purchases are final.
- No Refunds: Due to the high cost of GPU compute and immediate token allocation, we generally do not offer refunds once tokens have been allotted.
- Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain access to your remaining tokens.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our service is provided "as is." While we strive for 100% uptime, we are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions or AI-generated inaccuracies.
6. Account Deletion
- You may delete your account at any time via the Profile Page. Upon deletion, all remaining token balances are forfeited and cannot be recovered.
- Deletion is permanent. Once an account is wiped, we cannot recover chat history or unused tokens.
- Please note that to ensure the security of your billing data for Pro Users, account deletion is only possible after an active subscription has reached the end of its billing cycle.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms as we add new models or features. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
