VividLLM is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your data in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023.

1. Information We Collect

• Account Data: When you use Google Sign-In, we collect your email address and basic profile information to create your account and manage your token balance.
• Transaction Data: We keep records of your token consumption and subscription status to manage your token pools.
• Payment Security: Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store or have access to your sensitive financial data (card numbers, UPI PINs, etc.).

2. Data Retention (The "Hard-Delete" Rule)

• Prompts & Completions: We store chat data only for the purpose of providing the service. Once you delete a chat, all associated prompts, responses, and files are permanently removed from our database and caches.
• No Training: We never use your data to train our models or any third-party models.

3. We Do Not Collect

• Precise location data
• Device fingerprints
• Browser tracking data
• Chat data for advertising or profiling

4. How We Use Your Information

• To provide access to 35+ elite AI models through a unified interface.
• To manage the Token Transfer System, allowing you to convert between Input and Output tokens.
• To facilitate Web Search functionality for Pro users.

5. Third-Party Data Processors

To provide our service, we route prompts to providers (OpenAI, Google, Mistral, etc.) via OpenRouter.

• Anonymized Routing: We do not share your name or email with these providers.
• Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit via SSL/TLS and at rest using AES-256.
• Third-party model providers may process prompts in accordance with their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing their terms for additional details.

6. Data Storage & Security

• Files: Uploaded files (up to 4 per prompt, max 4MB) are processed to generate responses.
• Tokens: Your token balances are stored securely and never expire.

7. Your Choices

• You may sign out at any time using the Sign Out button.
• Since we use Google Sign-In, you can manage app permissions directly through your Google Account settings.

8. Your Rights & Grievance Redressal

In accordance with the DPDP Act 2023, you have the right to access, correct, or erase your data. In your Settings, you can click "Delete Account" to permanently wipe your email, name, and account data from our database.
