Cancellation & Refund Policy
At VividLLM, we want to ensure a fair experience for all our users. Because we provide immediate access to digital AI tokens and computational resources, our policy is as follows:
1. Cancellations
- Subscription Plans: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Profile Page.
- Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your Pro features and remaining token balance until the end of billing cycle.
- No Future Charges: Once cancelled, you will not be charged for the subsequent billing period.
- Account Deletion: Please note that to ensure the security of your billing data, account deletion is only possible after an active subscription has reached the end of its billing cycle.
2. Refunds
- Digital Goods Policy: Due to the immediate nature of AI token allocation and processing costs, refunds are generally not provided for successfully delivered tokens or used subscription periods. Unused tokens do not roll over to the next billing cycle. Refunds are not issued for unused token balances at the end of a month.
- Duplicate Payments: If you have been accidentally charged twice due to a technical glitch, please contact us within 48 hours for a full refund of the duplicate amount.
- Technical Failures: If a payment was successful but tokens were not credited to your account, we will either credit the tokens manually or provide a full refund upon verification.
3. Refund Processing
- Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed via Razorpay and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that banks may take an additional 5-7 working days to reflect the amount in your statement.
